Training Band:
Our training band – for learners of all ages – meets on Monday evenings and we welcome anyone regardless of prior musical knowledge or experience. The band has a range of instruments that can be lent to starters. You can view photos of the training band in action.
We meet in The Schoolroom which is next to the Methodist Chapel, Chapel Road, Boxted during school term time. The training band is proof that it is never to late to play a brass instrument! The team running this are all suitably qualified and have all had the necessary checks to teach under-16s.
Contact us beforehand, or simply turn up! We can arrange transport from Colchester and some of the outlying villages.
